While running pbrun for CNVkit, I am getting an error as dependencies not detected. I didn’t found any specific instruction regarding installation of pbrun for cnvkit so I didn’t know about cnvkit dependencies. Can you suggest me what extra dependencies I need to install for CNVkit with pbrun. I am using Parabrick version 3.2.0. Here is the screenshot of the error message for your reference. Thanks.

To be able to use cnvkit, you need to use the option --cnvkit during the installation.
