Code flashing error while loading ORIN 64GB

I tried to flash the code to the ORIN 64GB module and I got the busy spin error at the serial output and file flash error on the code loading terminal. I attached both error messages in this topic. Can you tell me what went wrong on the ORIN module?

Jetpack 5.1.1 seem a bit old. Please try Jetpack 5.1.3.
