Commands to read Rx signal swing and/or Equalization settings on QM9700 switch?

Hi there,
We’re trying to optimize the signal swing and pre-emphasis into QM9700 ports.
Are there diagnostics available (Rx Gain, FFE/DFE taps, etc) to read and tune?
Also, what is the best interpretation of the FOM grades? Is there a minimum level necessary (and sufficient) to maintain good link and signal integrity?
