Commercial Use of NVHPC

I’m planning to develop a commercial software that will use NVHPC compiler to obtain and run the main programs.

Is it enough if I set NVHPC as pre installed requirement or should I get a NVIDIA license?
If so, how can I get it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi usuario3141,

If you’re using NVHPC to build your software, you can redistribute the runtime libraries included under the “REDIST” directory with your software to the end-user. See sections 2 of our license: Version 23.3

If you’re shipping your software as source that needs to be compiled by the end-user, then you would need to make it a pre-installed requirement as NVHPC SDK, other than the runtime libraries, may not be redistributed.

Hope this helps,
