Common carrier board for Jetson Thor T5000 and IGX Thor T5000

Hi team,
I wanted to know what will be the challenges/limitations in designing a common carrier board for Both jetson Thor T5000 SoM and IGX Thor T5000 SoM ? I will be implementing external MCU as well in the carrier board for enabling the FSI feature in IGX T5000 and also M.2 M key support for UFS will be implemented for IGX T5000. Anyways Both the Thor’s are pin compatible. So, I believe there shouldn’t me any problem in designing a common carrier board for both the SoMs. Let me know if there are any challenges
