Compile FSI demo with gnu tools

in the folder DRIVE-V6.0.4.0-AFW-FSI/Components/demo/demo_bin
i rewrite startup.S ,and convert scatter to ld ,so it can be compiled by gnu tools

but it missed some header files like address_map_new.h etc

where can i find it?
