Compiling CuBLAS source Trouble compiling cublas source

I am having trouble compiling the cublas source because of a missing tlshook.h file. Which is included in cublasP.h and cublas.cu. Does anyone know where this file is supposed to be? I am using CuBLAS 1.1.

I am trying to modify cublas so that the functions are device callable.

Did either of the two people that first posted on this issue, ever get a useful response? In particular, did you get a copy of tlshook.h and, if so, would you please tell me where I can get a copy?
