I’m interested in CUDA but before this investment I need to have some information:

  1. is it possibile to compile existing C/C++ code to run with CUDA?
  2. what kind of benefits give CUDA to traditional Tasks?
  3. does a CUDA system gets general benefits?
  4. Can you give me some useful links with a full documentation?
