Confusing power usage reading of GPU power consumption

I have MSI Gp76 Leopard, Rtx 3070 laptop and I am getting maximum 30fps and when i was trying to see the problem my gpu is reading from 500 to 600w of power consumption which is quite impossible. Which is either a bug or serious issue I tried rolling back to old drivers but nothing changed help please

You can see the Gpu power here and I tried every thing now I have no clue what to do
