Connect Tech Inc. / NVIDIA Jetson Rogue *AGX Xavier

Good day,

I am having a bit of an issue getting a keyboard (or terminal session) connected to this unit in order to flash it manually …

  • Tried using USB 3.1 to connect to using my Windows 11 notebook - however, in device manager I am getting the following error: “Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

  • Also tried removing the USB hub and reinstalling the unknown device, using device manager… no luck …

So I can’t try the LAN option and putty into it - network stack not loaded… so its either a terminal session via USB or getting a keyboard working on the device using one of the 3x USB ports ….

So yes, pretty frustrating this with this little guy atm….

In the mean time - I am trying this — but I think I need a switch to pull this off….

Would you please contact with ConnectTech to get help? We generally work on our developer kits. We don’t use the custom board so may not be able to suggest next. Would suggest consult with the board vendor directly.
