Connected to Nuclues but can't export due to access

Hi, I’m trying to export a simple scene from Max to Create. I’ve connected to Omniverse as the green icon shows.

I have the nuclues server running but when I export it gets stuck on 5% and the mini dump says it doesn’t have appropriate access even though the project folder is set R/W. I’ve attached the mini dump.

Nothing I seem to do can resolve this issue, what am I doing wrong?

Hello @3dmikee! It sounds like it might be a firewall issue? Would you be able to attach your logs found here:

  • C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Create
  • C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Omniverse\3DsMax
