Connecting PCIe capture card turns off the HDMI display

I am trying to connect a PCI-e capture card to a Jetson Nano using an PCIe adapter Key E to Key M. But, when the PCIe card is connected to the adapter, the HDMI display turns off. I am using 5V 4A power supply. Any suggestions?

May I have one log that you just plug the card on nano with hdmi cable connected and boot up?

Would HDMI monitor disappear if you only connect the adapter? (adapter but no pcie card)

No, it disappears only when the pcie card is connected.

Actually your log shows no error in HDMI driver. HDMI itself should be unblanked (the power indicator on your monitor should be ON). Could you confirm?

The power indicator is on and my monitor is on but the display goes blank. Do I have to update any drivers as this is bought in March.

Do you want me to run sample 08 with PCIe capture card? I tried it without PCIe capture card and the screen goes blank after running the sample. I have run xrandr and it gives resolutions and framerates.
