How can I get the image for ConnectX9 firmware version 82.50.1002 ? PSID for my card is MT_0000001590 and Nvidia website has the image for PSID : MT_0000001589.

Installing the available image on my card gives the error :

You are about to replace current PSID on flash - "MT_0000001590" with a different PSID - "MT_0000001589".

Note: It is highly recommended not to change the PSID.

You’d better use mlxfwmanager -d <device> to check the device GUID. If it does not match the GUID in the firmware, the firmware cannot be updated.

To verify the current device PSID and firmware version, please run the following commands.

  • sudo mst start
  • sudo mst status -v
  • sudo flint -d <MST_DEVICE> query

If the output shows the PSID as MT_0000001589 (or another PSID), please download the corresponding firmware package from the NVIDIA Firmware Download Center:

If the PSID is confirmed to be MT_0000001590, you will need to obtain assistance through the NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal:
