convert-to-uff cannot convert VGG16 model into .uff file

Hi,

I have a pre-trained VGG16 model(.pb) file (See attached tensorboard file) and I want to convert this into .uff file using convert-to-uff utility.

Step 1. Download the vgg16.pb file for pre-trained VGG16 model
Step 2. Check the output layer names via below command:
