cooling pipes on GTX 480: in the way...

We have a bunch of these 1U servers, designed to host 2 GPUs each:

Sadly, the new GTX 480 isn’t going to fit because of the cooling pipes on the top:

Is NVIDIA trying to get rid of these, or do you see it as a solution likely to be employed in future revs. of the card, future generations of cards, etc?

Tesla cards don’t have these pipes.
