Cortex-R52 and Cortex-R5 cores in Jetson AGX Orin

Hi,

As per TRM, Jetson AGX Orin has Functional safety island which is having Safety CPU (Cortex-R52) and R5 cores in different accelerators.

  1. Does Functional safety island is present in all the variants of Jetson AGX Orin? How to access FSI R52 cores for lock-step mode?
  2. R5 core in PVA is running on FreeRTOS(SPE). On which OS remaining R5 and R52 are running?
  3. We want to understand the interfacing between Cortex-A78AE and Cortex-R5 & R52 cores.

It looks AGX Orin doesn’t support functional safety.
