Would my system be able to support the GTX 590?

my pc specs:

AMD Phenom™ II 925 4x Quard Core Processor 2.81 GHz
4,00Gt RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 275
M4A78T-E Motherboard

That would mostly depend on your power supply.

It should work if you don’t have much other stuff drawing power, even though Nvidia recommends a 700+ W power supply.
