I’m trying to flash Jetpack 6.0 DP onto my SD card and configure Jetson Orin Nano 8gb Developer Kit for the new OS. However, I am encountering error saying “Could not detect correct NVIDIA Jetson device connected to USB”.
First attempt: I tried to follow the SD Card Image Method. I downloaded and flashed the jp6.0 DP.img
to the SD card and inserted it into the Jetson Orin Nano, hoping that it would boot. However, the Jetson did not boot with the new SD card. I assumed that this is due to not updating “the QSPI bootloaders by installing … using SDK Manager, which will update the QSPI bootloaders…” as written in the doc.
Second attempt: I tried using SDK manager CLI through Docker. My host machine is Macbook. Mac and Jetson Orin Nano is connected via USB-C. I can see NVIDIA USB and L4T in lsusb
output, but not “NVIDIA Corp”. I am able to ping 192.168.55.1
and ping 192.168.55.100
.
lsusb output:
