Finally, I solved the problem with help from Dave. So, I document the process here to help the community.
Basically, make sure you have a good SD card with write speed is at least 90MB/s and a good flashing cable for fast a reliable data transfer.
- Format your SD card and insert into the SD card slot on the board.
- Put the board in “Force Recovery Mode” by connect pin 9(GND) and pin 10(FC REC).
- Turn on the device by plugging in the power cable.
- On your Ubuntu host, verify that it recognizes your Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano board. You can run the lsusb command to verify that.
vboxuser@Ulab:~$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0955:7020 NVIDIA Corp. L4T (Linux for Tegra) running on Tegra
Then just run the flash.sh
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-orin-nano-devkit internal
If it failed, check and verify everything to make sure you meet all the requirements described above, then try again.
