Course Completed 100% with Perfect Quiz Score But Grade Stuck at 0% / No Certificate Link

Hello DLI Team,

I have completely finished all elements of the course “Getting Started with NVIDIA Tools for Generative AI in Digital Health”. My dashboard registers 100% Completed under my student account profile, and I have completed the final quiz with a perfect 8/8 points.

However, the portal is showing a 0% grade and is not unlocking my downloadable certificate link due to an apparent system sync error. I am an active student registered under my university domain (@uleth.ca).

I have attached screenshots proving my 100% completion and my 8/8 quiz score. Please manually update my record or override the grade sync so I can claim my digital certificate link.
