Crash of driver 440.64 and irq/64-nvidia process

Hi all!

I have problem on Ubuntu 20.04 with EVGA 1660 super. When system starts everything is OK, but several minutes lateR system starts have freezes. Process irq/64-nvidia gets 100% of one core of processor. I see Unknown Error in some items of nvidia-smi -q. Now I switched to open drivers as temporary solution, and problem is gone.
I upload normal output of nvidia-smi -q and output when problem is.
Please help to find out what the problem is.
Thanks!

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post. You will have to rename the file ending to something else since the forum software doesn’t accept .gz files (nifty!).

Hi! I have done.

Looks like this:

You’re also always getting the XID 61 error. No solution so far.
