At first, Create was launched several times, but even though the GPU was RTX2080Ti, it remained gray even if I dragged the asset, so if I could not solve it and I was tinkering with preferences etc., then , Create now crashes after the final stage “Creating New Stage …” is displayed.
In the first place, it is strange that the stage remains gray even though RTX2080Ti is installed.

Hi, @m_koshi - it is also possible that shader caches were corrupted or not copied during installation.
You can perform a clean uninstall (tick clean caches) or delete shader cache folder manually and re-run the app.
