Create default use doesn't set the timezone, keyboard or processor limits

I am using for flashing (running flash.sh directly after):

$ tools/l4t_create_default_user.sh ‑‑username plantium ‑‑password plantium --accept-license

But there doesn’t seem to be options for setting timezone, keyboard or processor limits (MAXN). Is there a command for these?

Hi,
This is for creating user account. After it please login and execute commands for further settings.

For setting power modes please execute sudo nvpmodel -m SELECTED_MODE
