When i request deepseek api , it show “You need permissions to use credits in this account.”
My account is not available,so i cannot use deepseek api. why?

I have the same issue, I signed up yesterday but didn’t get the promised 5k credits.

Apologies - Sometimes accounts get caught up in the registration filter. We will look into your accounts. Please note that credits will not be granted if you are using a disposable domain.

same here, says credits not available and when trying to create an API key it says You need permissions to use credits in this account.

I also encountered the same problem. After registration, the prompt “Credits not available” appeared and I did not get the promised 1,000 credits.

Same here, when clicked the “contact admin”, it just sent an email to myself without any instruction.

Please help me check. We are a startup company, and I used the company’s admin account to register. This is not a disposable email.
