Background and Previous Communication (Ref: #250201-000466)
It has been over a month since I first reported a display distortion issue caused by driver 572.16 on my RTX A2000 12GB. I provided all requested logs, rolled back to driver 553.62 (which works fine), and followed every troubleshooting step suggested.
Despite confirming that the issue stems from your new driver, I have yet to receive a real solution or even an acknowledgment from Level 2 Support. My work has come to a complete halt due to these unresolved issues. I urgently require either a proper fix or a clear timeline for resolution. If your team cannot resolve this, I expect an official acknowledgment of the issue and guidance for affected users.
If no concrete response is provided soon, I will escalate this matter further.
New Issue Post-CUDA Toolkit Installation
Following the installation of the CUDA Toolkit, my workstation is now experiencing severe graphical artifacts:
Magenta lines
Color distortion
Screen tearing
Additionally, I am receiving persistent GPU configuration warnings in DaVinci Resolve and other GPU-accelerated applications.
Prior to the CUDA installation, my system was operating stably. The issue emerged immediately post-installation, suggesting a possible driver or compatibility conflict.
