Could I connect pin3 and 5 to for example

Is it ok? Could we have any issues with this?

If your question is regarding connection to just the ESD protection diodes then it does not matter. However, make sure that they are connected properly to the Camera module. Please follow the design guide recommendations as is.

Thank you, and what about that P and N inside SOC chip were mixed? Could it leads to issues?

On Orin SoC side the P and N is exactly as shown in the design guide and this is the configuration which is supported in software. Other combinations are not verified in the reference design.
