compiled and run natively.

cudaGetDeviceCount returned 35
→ CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version
Very poor , unorganized , all over the place , contradicting , unchecked … documentation
Worst I have ever seen, even worse than Xilinx.
Tried removal , reinstall …
