CUDA 3.0 and Nsight

I recon that many of you are using Nsight (Nexus). In Nsight there is a driver to be installed 257.19.
My question is:

What should I do if I have already installed 197.75 ? Should I uninstall 197.75 and install 257.19, or having 197.75 installed additionaly install 257.19 as well ?

Simply install 257.19. It automatically replaces the older driver.

257.19 is working fine for me.
