CUDA 6.0 Ubuntu12.04.4 QuadroK2100M deviceQuery error

Hello. I’ve installed Cuda-6.0 on my Dell M4800 but I’m getting error when I want to run ./deviceQuery everytime. I’ve added pathes PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the ~/.bashrc file. ./deviceQuery output is;

I’ve installed Cuda by the run file. NVIDIA driver version is 331.20

But when I run the ./deviceQueryDrv it’s showing me the normal ./deviceQuery output;
