CUDA 6.0 works with Ubuntu 12.04; CUDA 6.5 RC doesn't work with Ubuntu 14.04 on AWS EC2

As of 15 Aug 2014, CUDA 6.0 works with Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS; but CUDA 6.5 RC doesn’t work with Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS on AWS EC2 g2.2xlarge instances.

Could someone fix CUDA 6.5 for Ubuntu 14.04 on EC2? Thanks in advance.
