Is there any information about the release date of Grid K520 driver for Windows with CUDA 6.5 support?

Have you tried the driver that comes in the CUDA 6.5 installer package? (340.62, I believe)

I guess the question is motivated by the fact that when one goes through the driver selection process on NVIDIA’s website (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us) and searches for drivers specifically for the Grid GPUs, the latest driver found for the K520 is the following:

Acknowledged. My question still stands. Was an attempt made to use the driver bundled with the CUDA 6.5 installer?

Sorry for the late answer.
Yes, I’ve tried to install the driver from the CUDA 6.5 package, but it was not installed, because installer didn’t detect any suitable hardware. Installing the driver manually also didn’t help, because it is not installed properly and doesn’t load after installation.
