The CENTOS/RHEL x86_64 7.x Local File Installer only downloads as 605 MB, but the link says it should be 1.6 GB. This prevents the installer from working.

I am having the same issue on Opensuse 42.3. What is worse is the checksums dont match at all as shown by this picture. I have downloaded using the web broswer and wget and got the same issue.
