I am working on a c++ windows application that uses CUDA toolkit version 9.1. I would like to get a laptop with a gpu that will be compatible with CUDA toolkit 9.1.
I am looking to get a laptop with a GeForce RTX 3080 gpu in it. This is one of the better laptop gpu’s out there from what I gather. I just wanted to make sure this newer laptop gpu will be compatible with the cuda toolkit version 9.1.
Note: I would like to upgrade the toolkit version but I just cannot right now.
