CUDA and Nsight Visual Studio new version(s) installation

Should I remove previous version of CUDA (cuda_10.1.105_418.96_win10) before installing the latest one (cuda_10.1.168_425.25_win10) ? This same kind of question about Nsight Visual Studio Edition.
