I have experienced a lot of errors with CUDA applications on Windows after installing 465.42 and 456.51 which came with Windows version 21313. On WSL side I have had no problems. CUDA applications work using official drivers (461.40).
According to event logs the driver crashes and gives following error:

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
