After calling apt --fix-broken install (ubuntu 22.04 LTS) the CUDA drives were removed and I had to reinstall them. It seems that this is something very recent as I have been doing similar updates several times in the past without having an issue.
I am not sure if this is a bug on the OS side or on NVIDIA but I hope to be resolved soon.
