CUDA env time limit reached for self-paced course

Hello Team!

Based on other posts in the forum, I appear to have hit the time limit for a self-paced course.

“Getting Started with Accelerated Computing in Modern CUDA C++”

May I have a time extension? I have submitted a case, but it appears that this forum may be a good location to request an extension as well.

My plan is to download the notebooks once I regain access and work locally through the training material. Then, when I reach an assessment, I will launch the env to limit the time used.

I received feedback from support that the issue may be from demand, but the same error message applies regardless of when I attempt to launch.

”We encountered an error. Please try again.”

Hello,

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
