CUDA installation on Laptops which have Intel HD graphics as primary

I am planning to buy a new Dell G7(Nvidia Geforce 1060 maxq 6 gB) for lightweight deep learning purposes.I have heard that most of the dell gaming laptops come with an Intel HD graphics loaded as their primary graphics and the Nvidia Geforce graphic cards as their secondary Graphics. My Question is , will I Have any issues in installing the CUDA toolkit that i will need for my deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow etc??

If there will be any issues, are there any ways by which I can resolve them so that i can install the CUDA toolkit so that i can use my deep learning frameworks.

Thanks in Advance!
