I have been trying to install the CUDA Integration Tools for Visual Studio 2017, but when I install CUDA alongside Visual Studio 2017, I causes VS to only show the splash screen and never load up VS. I was curious if there was a solution for this, and how I can fix it. VS works fine without it, but is broken with it installed.
