There is always a planned CUDA update. :)

NVIDIA doesn’t usually discuss release dates for CUDA. If you are a registered developer (it is free), you will get access to any new CUDA releases several weeks before they are made public. However, no CUDA 3.3 beta has been posted to the developer site yet.

I just want to see full VS2010 support without requiring the VS2008 C compiler
