CUDA Papi on Jetson TK1?

Have anyone tried to use PAPI CUDA component on Jetson TK1? Is it even possible to use it with CUDA core on this board?

I was able to use it before on desktop to measure power consumption from CUDA cores on Nvidia video card. I would really want to do the same with Nvidia Jetson boards.

I am trying to install PAPI, but when I attempt to configure CUDA component of PAPI I am getting following error about missing cudart:

checking for cudaMalloc in -lcudart... no
configure: error: Library cudart not found

libcudart.so is in lib directory of CUDA-6-0.
