By cuda-repo-ubuntu1604-9-0-local\_9.0.176-1\_amd64.deb I cannot build opencv-3.2.0.

Can you describe the issue more clearly ?  
Are you using Nsight to build it ? What’s the error you have met ?

If its build error not nsight issue, I think it would be better to move this question to CUDA Programming part
