CUDA solution for anti-aliasing or prevention of moiree patterns?

I have several .pdfs that have graphics with several thin lines in them. I get aliasing problems, as well as Moiree patterns. Is there a way to post-process them with CUDA so that I get anti-aliased and moiree-free graphics?
I also have them as bitmaps, before creating the .pdfs, if that helps. I can process them in any graphics format, before creating the .pdfs. Any help appreciated, some of these patterns look terrible.
