Cuda Toolkit will not install Nsight VSCE, only VSE

I am on a Dell xps 9570 (i7-8750H), with a GTX 1050Ti MaxQ.
And when I attempt to (re-)install the cuda toolkit (v11.3.1) it does not list Nsight VSCE as a possible additional install, only Nsight VSE for visual studio, not vscode.

Could this be an issue with the installer not detecting my installation of vscode? Or do I need to grab a different version of the toolkit like v11.3.0?

The CUDA Toolkit does not install Nsight VSCE. The best way to install it is search for it in VS Code from the Extensions tab (Ctrl+Shift+X), or you can download it from the VS Marketplace.
