CUDA with separate newest driver (for building packages)?

Downloaded cuda_12.9.0_575.51.03_linux.run for a GNU/Linux operating system (OS) distribution (distro) programmers make .txz package build scripts for. Of course, I didn’t run the .run; doesn’t install package: can’t easily uninstall otherwise (would be more professional with uninstall option). However, I have driver 575.51.02; noticed CUDA has 575.51.03: where can I get this? Isn’t it best use same; can Nvidia please make available so others can build kernel & driver packages for latest CUDA? We’re not asking you ‘support’ these–which would be misstatement–software doesn’t need help/support; people/users/programmers do: as new/beta driver testers on oldest (oddly unsupported) surviving GNU/Linux OS (one of largest distro families) we test/bug-report without expecting CUDA ((with) newer/beta anyway in this case) run ‘production-quality’ (taking that responsibility/risk). Thanks for UNIX (*BSD/(Open)Solaris) drivers but hope to see CUDA for that, and .txz driver & CUDA GNU/Linux packages: note if you package .tar.xz (FreeBSD), .deb & .rpm, .txz is even easier.
