CUDA11.1 should have serious bugs！！！

Hello，everyone

Recently, through testing, I found that calling cuSparse library on Tesla A100 or Tesla P100 with CUDA11.1 is much slower than that with CUDA9.0.

What is the reason?

Is this a bug in CUDA 11.1 ？？？
