CUDA6.5 with M2070/2075

I have a machine with the old M2070/2075 GPUs using CUDA4.2 ; Unfortunately, the newer Matlab doesn’t work with anything older than CUDA5.

My question is will the M2070/2075 work with CUDA6.5 or even CUDA5.0 drivers/ SDK ?

Yes. You can use CUDA 5 or CUDA 6.5 with M2070/M2075

This is stupid, but I realized that I have C2070/2075 not M2070/2075. Will it still work ?

Yes. CUDA 6.5 supports all cc1.1 and newer GPUs. All those GPUs you mention are cc2.0 GPUs.
