cuDNN 6 dilated convolution issue on Kepler boards

cuDNN 6 produces erroneous results in certain cases for dilated convolution on Kepler boards. A patch is being developed to address the issue.

Updated cuDNN installers have been posted which resolve this issue. Both network and local installer packages have been updated. It is recommended that anyone using cuDNN on Kepler architecture GPUs upgrade their cuDNN 6.0 libraries to this release.
