Hello.

I need the dll files in the cudnn archive.zip (ex. cudnn-windows-x86_64-8.9.7.29_cuda11-archive.zip) in my external sales program.
I want to integrate these dlls into my sales program and sell them.

Are there any restrictions on their use?
