here’s a bug in JetPack-4.5.1 to update the u-boot binary to address this,
for example, Jetpack 4.5.1, TX2, BUG : FDT selected file loaded incorrectly by uboot - #16 by JerryChang
you should perform partition update to flash kernel partition (i.e. flash.sh -k DTB) for updating uboot binary.
